Territory Field Executive – Vet (West of Rift)
About the Role
Osho Chemical Industries Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Field Executive – Vet to join our vibrant field team in the West of Rift Region.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand growth and product demand by developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and farmers.
Your contribution will play a vital part in expanding our business reach and ensuring that our veterinary products are effectively utilized by end users.
Key Responsibilities
Increase brand awareness and sales within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain productive relationships with distributors, stockists, and farmers.
Conduct field visits and demonstrations to promote veterinary products.
Collect market feedback to support business development and product improvement.
Support the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns.
Prepare reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine or BSc degree or Diploma in Animal Health and Production.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years, preferably in a similar role.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of veterinary products and their regulations.
Proven track record in sales with commercial experience.
Experience in team management.
Valid driving license.
Valid license from the Kenya Veterinary Board.
